Through the Quality Cohort Program, early childhood sites receive training, mentoring, resources, and materials to help achieve and maintain higher levels in Paths to QUALITY™. This program helps improve early education in Monroe County and the school readiness of children in our community.
Monroe Smart Start and Chances and Services for Youth (CASY) have teamed up to help early childhood educators obtain a self-paced Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential.
Paths to QUALITY™ is Indiana’s voluntary, statewide rating system for early child care and education programs. As programs advance in levels, they demonstrate an increased commitment to supporting child development, learning environments, planned curriculum, and future success in school and life.
